This one was in Little Rock on 12th Street next to the Highland Court projects.   In the 1980¹s, the completion of the Wilbur Mills Expressway diverted cars from 12th Street. Less traffic meant less business and fewer eyes to watch over things. Crime and low profits were more than L.A., the owner, could stand. After making his place nearly impenetrable, he finally had to give up the fort. The building is now gone as are the projects.
